Little deers were playing in the dense forest. The tiger tried to attack them. They ran fast from the tiger and escaped. While the deers were resting for a while, the wild king lion that came by the way tried to attack them. Again the deers ran fast and escaped. Thirsty for more water due to the fast run, deers went to the riverbank thinking that they could drink water. The crocodiles tried to attack the deers that were drinking the water.

Escaped from the riverbank and sat tired. The elephant that came through, the deers looking and asking how are you?

Deers: Our lives are full of distress, struggle whenever we see it. Every day we have a big job to protect ourselves from tigers, lions, foxes and crocodiles. One day they will kill us even if not today. Rather than living in fear and dread, we can die.

Elephant: Told the deer not to be afraid . Not only you but all living beings in this world have both pleasure and suffering.

Deers: misery is coming to us always. Tigers, lions and foxes are always trying to attack us.

Elephant : Have you ever seen thornless roses?

Deers: Not at all.

Elephant: It’s like that. There is no life without suffering.

It is not wrong to think that the path we take should be on the flower, but it is wrong to think that not even a single thorn in it should be trodden.

There is no roses without thorns,

There is no life without suffering.

You should always be attentive, You have to support each other to face your enemies.

One day in life everything will change but in one day nothing will change.

Hearing the elephant’s advice the deers got up refreshed and thanked the elephant and happily headed towards his location.

Morale of the story:

There is no struggle without soreness

There is no flame without fire

There are no human beings without friends

There is no birth without death

There is no rose without thorns

No rain without thunder and lightning

There is no life without pleasure and suffering

There is no struggle without soreness

There is no fire without fire

Like enjoying rain exclude thunder and lightning, We have to enjoy life exclude pleasure and suffering.

Life without suffering is like food without salt. Life full of pleasures and sorrows is the whole feast.

Forget what hurt you but never forget what it taught you.
