Position power – some individuals try to influence through reward / punishment / authority. Whatever position or title individuals holds all within the organization campus / boundaries. Outside the organization all are human beings and have same rights. Most of the time position change the individual character and often they are rude and authoritative. Don’t try to achieve things by organizational hierarchy.

If really want to see, position power, Just imagine that without job title, how many of them would come for suggestion , help , assistance, feedback ,etc?
